CEO OF THE DAY
A one-day intervention that reshapes what emerging leaders can do — and what they believe they deserve. One seat. One day. Everything changes.
WOULD RECOMMEND
"CEO of the Day operates on a simple principle: exposure changes belief, and belief changes behavior."
Uche Ofodile, Founder
In the space of a single day, participants change how they carry themselves, how they speak, and what they believe they can handle. The shift is visible — not emotional, but grounded in experience.
In two cases, that one day altered career trajectories so significantly that participants became CEOs of their organizations.
THREE YEARS OF COMPOUNDING IMPACT
Reported a significant increase in leadership confidence after a single day in the seat.
Shared their participation on LinkedIn or internally — 90% of those saw increased professional visibility.
Reported expanded responsibility or increased exposure to strategic work in the months that followed.
Moved into new roles or were formally promoted following the program — including two who became CEOs.

WHAT THE CEOS OBSERVED
LEADERSHIP ACCESS IN PRACTICE
An emerging leader under 27 is selected from within the organization — someone with potential that hasn’t yet had the context to surface.
A 2–3 hour pre-day briefing ensures the participant understands the agenda, expectations, and what it means to step into the role.
The participant leads. They chair meetings, review performance, engage stakeholders, and represent the organization.
A structured 1-hour post-experience debrief captures insights and documents outcomes for both participant and CEO.
FOUR YEARS OF SCALE
First edition launched on International Women’s Day 2023 across 7 organizations in Benin
Expanded to 20 companies in 2024 through peer-to-peer CEO referrals
2025 marked the first cross-border expansion into Ghana — model transferred without dilution
Two alumni have since become CEOs of their organizations
2–3 hours planning · Full day transfer · 1 hour debrief. Minimal on leadership time, maximal on impact.
No program fees. Internal costs only — staff time and travel where applicable.
One emerging leader, under 27, selected by the organization. One seat, one day, one leader — ready for what comes next.
