Uche’s leadership journey has taken her across some of the most dynamic markets in Africa — beginning in Ghana, deepening in the Democratic Republic of Congo, expanding in Liberia, and now shaping transformation in Benin.

As CEO of MTN Benin and Chairperson of MoMo Benin, Uche leads one of West Africa’s most dynamic telecom and fintech operations. Her earlier roles in Ghana, the DRC, and Liberia solidified her reputation for clarity, directness, and the ability to transform businesses in challenging environments.
Across Vodafone, Tigo, and MTN, she has led large teams, shaped commercial strategy, stabilized markets, and delivered growth in contexts where leadership is as much internal as it is operational.
